KUGEL produces prepared foods, baked goods, pantry staples, kosher wines and catering from the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Part deli, part bakery, part pantry and part commissary kitchen, we focus on food that is made properly and meant to be shared.

From Our Kitchen
Kugel is about bringing people to the table.
I’ve spent years feeding people, hosting people, and creating the kind of experiences that make you want to stay a little longer. Kugel grew from that instinct.
We make the food we want to eat and the food we want to serve — generous, full of flavour, made clean, made local, and made real.
From our weekly Friday Table to private dinners, villa stays, celebrations and larger events, we bring the same philosophy to everything we cater: good food, generous tables, thoughtful hospitality.
Our kitchen is rooted in the foods we grew up with and shaped by where we live now — fresh laffa, hummus and matbucha, charcoal-grilled meats, hot greens, potato kugel, and whatever else belongs in the middle of a crowded table.
Because for us, catering isn’t just about feeding people.
It’s about hosting them.

Shabbat & Holidays
Throughout the year we offer challah, prepared foods, holiday menus and seasonal specialties for Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Advance ordering is recommended during peak holiday periods.
Catering & Custom Menus
Every menu is customized to the occasion, guest count and style of service. We cater weddings, corporate events, retreats, holiday programs, private celebrations and special gatherings across the Dominican Republic.
Offerings range from intimate Shabbat dinners and deli-style spreads to interactive food stations, live-fire cooking, Mediterranean cuisine, sushi, bakery tables and chef-driven dining experiences.
